The YWCA Lancaster Mission Committee has been engaging the board in on ongoing discussion surrounding Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI). This discussion has included readings and videos that explore race and gender as we seek to better serve and support the broader Lancaster community that may not have felt as if the YWCA was or could be for them. We invite you to engage with the content we are sharing with the board and to respectfully offer you own thoughts on the topics discussed. FIC Human Resource Partners proud to host this pilot program in our Thinkific Culture Academy and donate the entire $5.00 course payment to the Lancaster YWCA.
