This workshop introduces participants to the 9 Principles of Employee Care that Jessica Jaymes Purdy has developed to guide FIC Human Resource Partners’ HR and Consulting Services. Each of the 9 principles will be defined its importance and impact discussed. The 9 Principles offer HR Professionals a framework for looking at employee management in a new way and changing HR and management practice from a transactional relationship to one that is focused on employee well-being and development.
