Coaching Structure

Each month you will receive resources via email to review. The resources may include articles, papers, videos, training modules, audio files, podcasts, or other materials that provide knowledge and insight into the monthly topic. You may also have activities to complete, such as surveys, worksheets, or action steps.

Once you have reviewed the materials and completed any activities, we will have a coaching session where you will have the opportunity to explore the monthly topic with your coach using the Socratic method.

• Monthly coaching sessions for individuals are 1-hour
• Monthly coaching sessions for groups are 90-minutes
• Group Coaching is limited to 5 people per session.

Deep Dives

During a coaching engagement it is common to identify specific topics that additional depth of learning is desired. These deep dives can be added into the coaching structure by the addition of either a second coaching session during any given month, by inserting the deep dive topic into the monthly schedule and extending the coaching engagement by a month or adding the deep dive topic to the end of coaching engagement.

Deep Dives are Structured in a similar manner to the core coaching program. You will receive resources or be asked to engage in activities before meeting for a coaching discussion. Deep dive coaching sessions are charged separately from the core coaching program.
