Understanding and Addressing Microaggressions

This workshop will lead participants through discussions about the breadth and nuance of microaggressions. Going beyond the basic definition, participants will learn about micro-assaults, insults, and invalidations. Along with discussions about what these are participants will learn about the impact on the individual and the organization, before joining in a discussion of how to address them in the workplace.
